I don't think there is a way to use this to downgrade, if you have an O3DS and using Pasta you must be on 9.2 or less so use GW's launcher.
Although looking at your sig your on a 2DS, which there is no way to downgrade a 2DS.

You should be able to downgrade 2ds to at least 9.0 because stock 3ds firmware is like 8.0 or 7.0
You can't (as of now)
Downgrading a 3ds puts it to 4.x, 2DS never came with 4.x firmware, and it would be pointless to downgrade to 7.x or 8.x ...

EDIT: What firm are you on and why would you want to downgrade? Looking at your sig yoru using Ninjhax on an 8.1 system, why do you want to downgrade?

Never looked into pasta, but there is no difference in updating to 9.2 from 9.0. They harbor the same vulnerabilities so there is no point in doing so
True, but in 9.1 Nintendo patched it so unauthorized cartridges cannot be used on it. So Action Replay DSi can work up to 9.0. (Don't know how Sky3DS worked that out tho)

Sky emulates a real cartridge iirc.
You could just downgrade TWL to allow that, but its risky.
Currently there is no way to downgrade to 9.x. The only firm to downgrade to is 4.x, which the N3DS and 2DS cannot do.

Unless you have a nand bakcup of the 2DS 9.0 and a nand mod, but i doubt you do.

pretty sure the action replay ds carts were blocked very early on, around 3.x-5.x....best bet would be downgrading TWL_FIRM to 2.x (1.x will not work) and installing the downgraded whitelist, that would probably get it working if it was ever compatible with the o3DS

so use 3DNUS to download

00040138
00000102 version "1489"
and
0004800F484E4841 version "0"
and install via the old dev menu that allows overwriting system titles without uninstalling

I was just about to mention this :ninja:
Amazed that there's a full page of posts yet no one has thought to mention it until now.

I like electronics that use detachable cables, that way if the cable breaks you can just swap in a new one instead of replacing the whole unit

the L hdmi adapters work great on my tv and receiver. so much less stress on the ports using them than regular cables. in that instance anyway.
