So, I have a Lap, but ultimately, is getting a bit hot. Not to the point that it burns or it slows down the performance, but I won't wait 'till that happens... So I went to the Flea Market and bought a cheap CPU Fan.
So, I joined its Red/Black cables with a USB that I had laying around. And it works.

But, the Fan is much slower that I expected. I'm guessing that it must be because the voltage difference.
Either way, I wan't to ask you guys if you know a way to make CPU Fans faster.
FYI
- It's not a thermal fan.
- I don't know the brand nor the voltage. It came withouth a Label.
- I'm using a 2.0USB in a 2.0USB entrance. I tried one 3.0USB entrance, but the speed remains the same.

USB is 5v, so your fan will run at about 40% speed because it expects 12v. You cant do anything about that unless you hook it up to a 12v mains adapter.

Didn't they make a Fan header splitter (Y cable)? You could connect two fans on that one 12v line, however that might be pushing it.
