(HELP!) (Weird( CTRNAND Error on hacked N3DSXL only when trying to boot DS game card

I'm not sure what I did. I think I may have accidentally deleted a ticket/line of code in FBI? All my injected roms and downloaded games work, but whenever I try to boot a game card (in this instance, Fighting Fantasy) I get the following error message:

An error has occurred
Unable to mount CTRNAND or load the CTRNAND FIRM
Please use an external one.
Press any button to shutdown

Everything else with my 3DS is functioning perfectly fine. Anybody have any idea? Thanks.

First thing to try is running the official updater (assuming your console has latest Luma3DS v10.2.1).
Even if the operating system is on latest version it will re-download missing parts.

You are a God among men. Thank you very much! This worked like a charm. I was slightly devastated I had somehow inadvertently bricked my 3DS game card slot forever.
