Hacking HELP UPDATING FIRMWARE

hi guys,
when i download the new hardcore firmware it is still version 1.02 what should i do ?

did you copy _DS_MSHL.NDS _DS_MENU.DAT and the shell folder from the zip and overwrite the old ones??!

Thats all you have to do to update, the R4 then will boot using those files

hardcore, LOL. Those guys at R4 need need better translator. Ya, I saw it too on their page.

Try formatting your micro sd card then putting the updated 1.04 files >>LINK

No need to link to the .com site anymore. As they have updated the .net site now to be our official (english) info site and the .com seems to be the chinese site for it now.

Wait till the download is complete

and make sure if you have a previous file with the same name. To delete it first before downloading, or rename the downloading file to something else.
