Hacking [Help] Updated Emunand to 10.7 with no CIA Manager/HomebrewLauncher

As the thread title suggests, I made a boo-boo.

I updated a friends Emunand from 9.2 to 10.7 without a CIA installer or a way to boot into homebrew.

I forgot BrowserHax was patched out.

So now I'm at this annoying spot where either I have to install it all over again and waste plenty of time and get nagged, or hopefully have some kind of magic way to inject a CIA into Emunand or inject Help And Safety with FBI. I don't know how to do that, so if anyone has any suggestions or help, I'd seriously appreciate it.

If you're using emunand you can get into menuhax from sysnand and use decrypt9 for that.
