Hacking Help to set up O3DS

Hi All,

I am a new member and having a difficulty with my O3DS which is i just bough 2nd hand.
Everything work fine, till i want to back the setting to its factory reset and wipe the entire SD card 16GB..
so my O3DS can turn on but looks like the display is from the Factory (New), no game...
I go to setting and found version like 9.2.0-20U, i dont know whats the meaning of this version (with SD card attached), and the same version when i remove the SD card.
so i following the guide to install CFW etc in this link https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax but got stuck when trying to install arm9loaderhax,,,i go to to browse the link given "http://2xrsa.3ds.guide" but my O3ds freeze,,,and nothing happen,,try it again and again,,,and also check if i am success to create otp.bin..but no result..

so now i am in the middle of nowhere,,dont have any game ...
any advice what should i do??
please help me with clear tutorial...
btw i am able to enter the homebrew menu via 3DS sound,,,but cant do anything since i have no exploit installed.

Start from the very beginning of the guide. https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax). Follow the links at the bottom to continue to the next part. The installing a9lh page can only be done on version 2.1.0, which you are not on.

Did you follow http://3ds.guide from the beginning? You have to click 'Get Started' and then in yoour case 'Old 3DS' and then choose firmware 9.0.0 - 11.2.0. Then follow from there. You need to downgrade to 2.1.0 before you can install arm9loaderhax so it seems like you jumped right in the middle of the guide.
