As the title says, I seek help to insert language files from the PAL version in the American version NTSC (U) obtaining benefits such as progressive resolution (480p) and 60hz output, this could be useful to solve some inconsistencies found in the following thread. "Patches to convert PAL 50hz games into PAL 60hz (Nintendont Compatible)" From user Maeson.
However, I don’t know which are the specific inconveniences in each game. For example I would like to perform this process in Tales of Symphonia NTSC (U).
Any help is more than welcome and thank you for reading up here.

Researching I came across the Gc-tool program to continue with this work, but the following question arose.
Are the missing "duplicate" files in the Pal version really different?
Because if it was the "same" file, it would only have to duplicate it.
Which I think is possible, because user Zorg was successful performing this process at least 4 times.I'm sorry to say that are several games where I wasn't able to do this (Tales of Symphonia or Animal Crossing, for example.)
