Hacking [Help] System Transfer from CFW O3DS to Stock N3DS

If I do a system transfer with an O3DS running on CFW to a N3DS, will the old one lose all CFW functions on the Source 3DS? Yes, I have tried searching for this on Google already and was not finding any relevant results, it keeps pointing me to guides on how to get CFW via DSiware onto the Target 3DS.

The system you transfer from will retain all cfw properties. The system transfered too will need to either use dsiware transfer if you want cfw on it. or none of the cfw features will move over to it.
