Hacking HELP! System Error on DS and No files on PC.

HELP ME PLEASE! The AK2 is showing System Error. And when I put the microSD in my computer, no files are being showed, it's just empty. It's a 4GB Sandisk chip. The computer is saying that it's 3.78GB full meaning there is no Free Space.

I think the problem could be caused by my trying to copy a game to another folder. I don't know if that helps though. Please help me and thanks. I didn't format the card yet and I have no back-up data (but I didn't play the DS too much..yet).

I fixed the problem. I just formatted my card. Although, I lost about 1 hour of progress in Megaman Network 5. I'm going to back-up daily (probably).
