First triforce heroes.
If you haven't played Majoras Mask yet i'd go with A link between worlds as the second game. Otherwise the other way around.

Link Between Worlds and Majoras Mask are two different timelines. Triforce Heroes takes place after Link Between Worlds if it makes any difference to you.

Triforce heroes was a dead game after the first month of release and was meant as an online multiplayer game, I would advice NOT to buy it or even play it anymore. There's a reason its only $5, because the single player modes really sucks bad

probably not, it's not in the same league as the others, a definitive port, and an awesome native 3ds game.
