Hacking Help!! Problems writing game on G6Lite

Hi,

I'm dumbfounded with my g6lite.

After using it without a hitch for quite a few months now I am now getting a Disk full error right before it finishes writing a rom.

Before everyone tells me that I'm a moron, please do note that the g6 is not full. It is in fact empty at this point. I've formatted it in FAT format and reinstalled 4.6a loader... but still with the same problem.

Has anyone had this problem before? If you have, PLEASE HELP!

Try a different USB-port on your PC. I once had this problem too with a SD-card which was gone after changing the USB-port from front to back of my PC.

Hmm no luck... I tried this but I'm still getting the same error.

Any other ideas?

This is just a shot in the dark but have you tried formatting the g6?

I'm sure you can format it in windows just chose FAT16

This is just a suggestion, not a solution

try use the Maintenance utility to reformat the G6..some how it's gets corrupt after every few months of use

Try erasing the cart in your DS.
Go to GBA move and hold L+R+Start+Select when you get the Green warning screen.
Erase the card and then format using FAT16 or using the G6 utility.

Try using the check disc utility, thats how i fix mine when certain files get corrupted.
