First off, Rare Candy SUCKS ASS, They dont raise EVs making them as weak as wild pokemon, second, USE POKESAV.

Correct, Caterpie sucks. Arceus can beat any Pokemon even he hasn't got EV training.

Arceus has 720 base stats, point one. That makes it stronger than any other Poke in this category.

Second, if you state just who is "MasterMeep", I might be able to figure out his moveset.

Third, there are many variations of Arceus, which makes it more difficult to beat.

My EV trained Arceus would pwn you though.
