Hacking help pls

so i recently installed about 13 games to my usb thumb drive via wup y mod and all work except 3. anytime i try load smash bros,xenoblade,or rayman legends about 3 minutes into the games the screen goes black and i get error 160-2713 saying the usb disconnected. now i did the sleep mode fix and still nothing seems to fix these 3 games,every other game plays fines jsut these 3 for some odd reason can anyone shed any light?

maybe youre dumps are broken or youre hdd is going to hell XD

I'd guess it's the thumb drive.
