I've been using this unpatched switch for a few years.

Battery recently died and I've had no luck in trying to boot again.

I've left it on charge for around 24-48 hrs, using the official Nintendo Switch charger. I've also tried removing the joycons while it charges.

I get "RCM OK" when plugging to PC but the payload won't inject (Hekate 6.2.1) and the Switch does not respond at all.

I've also tried power cycling by pressing and holding the power button for 20 seconds.

Would really appreciate some advice!

Thanks so much in advance 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I read somewhere that a Switch won't boot if the battery is completely dead.
I don't know if that also the case with Hekate.
You could try injecting Lockpick_RCM as it doesn't depend on anything else but the injected file to boot.
If there is something wrong with the SD card, you should get a message about that from Hekate.

Hi everyone, just reporting back to say that it is now working.

But, the weird thing is that it only worked when I tried using a different PC.

For some reason, TegraRCM was causing the issue and it was not launching the payload correctly.

I tried a different machine and it worked first time (same Hekate files, same USB cable).

I've since removed TegraRCM from my main machine and reinstalled the latest version.

Again, thanks everyone for your input!

Sounds like the driver was the issue
