Hacking Help :( on R4 for pokemon black and white

Well basically i really want to go back into pokemon because pokemon is getting famous and all.

Heres Some Question i Really Need Answers From

Where can i get Pokemon Black And White(E) ?
Do i have to put like files into my R4(CLONE) so that the files will work??
Do i need any codes so that theres no black screen etc??
And are all the stuff fix for the rom??

im getting new to all this stuff and im trying to catch up its been like about a year ever since i came soo i dont want you guys mad

please reply back i really need some info and help

you can't ask for roms donwloads on this forum, use google to search (or youtube)
and if you use a original R4 use the wood R4 1.26 (you can get it on filetrip.net)
and use clean roms
