Hacking Help on identifying this "Supercard"

Hi, my friend has this strange cartridge. Her aunt gave her a ds which was flashed with the modified firmware. She also got a gba cartridge that had one of those 32 in 1 games made from China. Anyway, the strange thing about the cartridge is the operating system. It was the operating system of supercard. It had only one pcb, the cartridge has no labels at all and the microsd is inserted on the left. The thing that struck me the most is that the microsd is not spring loaded. The only way to remove the card is by opening the cartridge in order to remove the microsd. Anyway, here are some blurry pictures.

Is this thing upgradeable?

Wow it is the same. Thanks... hopefully I can find some way to upgrade this thing... Oh well, not my problem

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
