I have looked everywhere on everysite i've tried to follow instructions to the T but i cant seem to getting working i think it has something to do with the iso i cant seem to install them correctly because they keep coming back with an error ret 2011 please if anyone can help I;m so tired of this but i cant seem to give up

Error 2011 should mean you have no IOS with the Trucha Bug restored onto. Use IOS236 Installer to install a Trucha Bug'd IOS. Also, you'll need to have a cIOS in order to run backups with Neogamma, so install Waninkoko's cIOSXrev20... and optionally Hermes' cIOS as well.
