Ok so finally got my 360 modded (don't know what type but I trust the guy who did it) Anyway he said the first thing to do was follow this vid to install XexMenu and I followed every step to a t but no matter what I try when I go to USB Storage Device, there's nothing at all in Demos or any of the other options on there. Anyone know a solution?

I have a XeXmenu Live CD here in the download center.
It contains a copy of XeXmenu you can put on a fat32 USB flash drive.
Just make sure you copy the entire content folder from the disc and place it on the root.

Insert that into your 360 and copy XexMenu to the HDD.

You could nab a newer version (Dashlaunch is outdated by now) here.

Thanks for that. It was an .iso however... do I just extract the contents to the root of my thumb drive and then do the same by going to Demos? (I should have added I'm not tech savvy at all and don't know anything about this... I jailbreaked a PS3 before and put MultiMan on it but I was told 360 modding is way different)

Yeh just extract it to the root of a FAT32.
Make sure to have the Content folder on the root.
Insert it and you should be able to launch it.
