Is it a GB Sounds song from Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver? If the song is 8-bit, it may not have samples, because the 8-bit sounds are produced by the system itself rather than samples. And because of that, those sounds will NOT be included in the DLS.
Yeah. The patch number has to actually be changed for it to change anything. FL Studio is stupid like that.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
