Hacking Help Needed: Formatted N3DS with CFW, I don't know how to install FBI now

So... I wanted to change the Nintendo Account it was linked, and the only way I knew how to do this was by formatting the N3ds... and so I did that...

However, this N3ds was already with Luma 6.6 with 11.8, I know if I press START while booting I get a menu called [yakarea] (attached Pic included) and that's all I know about this N3ds, I'm really lost about this since when they gave me this N3ds it was already with luma, I have tried to search how to inject FBI with Luma but all I get is the Rosalina menu but im not on that Luma version.
I'm definitely lost on this matter to be honest.

So any help on getting the right way to install FBI or the homebrew channel is greatly appreciated.

Yakarea is a CTRBootManager for AL9H which is an outdated exploit for CFW. You have to convert from A9LH to B9S before you can update Luma and install FBI and HomeBrew. Follow this guide to the letter ALL the way to end. Once you complete the finalizing setup portion your console will be fully functional, with both programs.
