Hacking help need supercard to r4 save converter

hi i had an old supercard mini that needed a software to changed the .nds file into .dsq and .nds.sav (256 kb) can anyone tell me where i can get a converter that changes the save files to fit the r4 and if possible the game files as well

i tried one but it failed coz it needed netframework or sumit like that

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
