Okey listen. I went out of the Wii scene for a long time, then decided to get back in, KIND of screwed up and now I need your help to get my Wii back on it's feet.

Now, first of all I should say that I can't access my Wii's settings, which means I got one of the Bricks. I can however, access homebrew channel and all that.
The other thing I think is a bit of a problem is the IOS and cIOS business. I have no idea about this stuff, and would like your help to know what I need to install to make it up to date.
I used syscheck from homebrew channel to get some info for you guys so you can see what i need to get or fix:

"sysCheck v2.0 by Double_A
...runs on IOS58 (rev 6175)

Region: PAL
System Menu 4.2 (v482)
Hollywood v0x11
Console ID: You don't need this right?

IOS250 (rev 65535): Trucha Bug, ES Identify, NAND Access, USB 2.0

I'm not even sure if I have a cIOS installed :S
I also have a fully updated Wiikey inside it, if that helps.
How can I upgrade this thing to be perfect?

You do have a cIOS installed (250). You can use it to install what you need. You can grab the cIOS v20b installer to update it if you wish (and also install it as IOS 249). You have to choose to install it with IOS 250, and it will ask which IOS to use as the base. I used 38 as the base for 249 and 57 as 250's base myself, I'm not really sure of the benefits of that but... You will want to get IOS 36 patched though (I think). Multi-Mod Manager can do that for you.

As for your semi-brick, I don't know anything about that. :/

Edit: Ah of course, reinstalling the system menu would fix the semi-brick. /facepalm

To fix the semi-brick, start dop-mii, reload IOS250, go to system menu, make sure on both sides selected System Menu 4.2 and below Europe (E). Press plus, answer the questions with YES, and download from NUS.
