Homebrew HELP!! Messing with the emulated memory card settings erased my saves on USB Loader GX

I was messing with the storage size settings on the emulated memory card settings and it completely erased my save for Metroid Prime. Is there a way to restore the save? Or am I just missing something? Someone please help
