Now,my old3ds FW is 10.2.0-28j.
I have no choice but to run SMASHHAX !
I watched this video.

As you can see, this is the video for the New3DS users and his OS is not Windows.
I couldn't find other tutorials.

But I don't understand what he is saying.
Anyway,　would you show me the tutorials of smashhax for old3ds user and windows user?

Me too I need to install SmashHax because my New Nintendo 3DS is on 10.2.0.28...
But me, it's not an O3DS but a N3DS, so, what I do ?

Problem is i don't think smashbroshax works for old3ds
