Ok, so I found that desktop picture, and I noticed that the guy has two gadgets that I really want.
The bottom of the screen, the one with IP number and the one with HDD space.

It looks like it's Rainmeter...
Or a XP sidebar.

My best bet is Rainmeter.
Just search through the skins and you'll find it along with some other nice ones ;]
