There are no roms on GBATemp, only links in the forum and fserv's in the IRC channel (just check the main page to know how to connect there).

get the latest roms from advance-power.de and if you want older roms check on the gbatemp channel on irc like vince 989 said....

Or find the roms you wan on the release list and ask someone if they can send it to you I know I can cause I have the whole romset for GBC and GBA!
