Homebrew Help me for the N3DS sysnand 2.1 ,need the OTPHelper-20160502-081624

first soory my bad english i am chinease

i update my N3DS to 4.5 and use the GW make the emunand and sysupdater up to 10.7
but this setp Use the Unbrick FW 9.x EmuNAND function (This will take quite some time) in the OPTHLPER only have Unbrick FW 2.1 Emunand ,so whera can find the Unbrick FW 9.x EmuNAND function?
in the tutorial the OTPHelper-20160502-081624 the link has down , any one know what tools can do this ? or any one have the OTPHelper-20160502-081624

For some reason, the OTPHelper-20160502-081624 doesn't exist on the OTPHelper "releases" page. However you should be able to use the first official release after that date, OTPHelper-20160606-211702 without any problems.

For some reason, the OTPHelper-20160502-081624 doesn't exist on the OTPHelper "releases" page. However you should be able to use the first official release after that date, OTPHelper-20160606-211702 without any problems.

That version of OTPHelper is in the experimental branch, this --> https://github.com/d0k3/OTPHelper/commits/experimental
