Gaming Help me figure out what game i'm thinking of

I remember this old PC game and it was almost like a rip-off of batman, but you had a gun
you could glide with your cape and do other things, i think it started with an M.
But i don't know can anyone help me. I want to play it real bad.

yeah i had mdk2 for dreamcast but i liked the orginal one for pc better
