ROM Hack [HELP] making custom patch cia

i know that mhx english patch is included in an 1.2 update cia

and i extract 1.2 update cia ver.jpn

i add my custom file and rebuild cia

i install my cia, mhx game is deleted and some file is created

unfortunately, when i launch that file, error is occured

i think created cia file is failure

so, how do i do it?
