Hardware Help indentifying missing inductor or capacitor info.(NVG-001 board)

Hello all, was wondering if anyone knew the value/type of this tiny missing inductor or capacitor. The one next to it (marked 2) is still there. It’s next to the 25mhz oscillator and the SIE Chip. (PS4 Pro NVG-001 board), the PS4 still works without it, but still would like any information on it .

If it's next to the xtal then I would guess it's a capacitor, if you're lucky it might be symmetric and you can just use the same value as "2"

Thank you, I need to get another multimeter to measure it, my cheap one doesn't measure capacitors.
