Homebrew Help in how to create from Zero VC channels

Hi im new in the Wii home brew, and i just can not create the Channels that i want, just need Conker's and Bomberman 64 for N64, i had research but i just don't work and don´t want to brick mi wii installing wad channels that don´t know the source, and all the guides are confusing and not completed, it seems that first you need to create (or have) a wad file that you will inject the rom from the system that you want to create the channel, but is more complicated than that, i try already wadder 2.7 and 3, ImpalerWadCreator and VC, and all the information was old like 2008, so please if some one can please help me in create that from ZERO i will really appreciate it.
