a. its probably broken hence why its there in the first place or
b. your 3ds might not have the blocked flashcart patch to use it (if your dsi cant take it it really must be broken)
c. did you put the firmware files on th sd and updated the cart if possible?

Actually, this flashcart is for the original DS iirc. Go and get set up a stage2 boot CIA for your flashcart.

You broke the prime rule, whenever you find an SD card or USB never plug it into your daily computer system. As it may be infected with malware or even a rootkit. Always use a Linux distribution you can boot from CD in a PC which has no other peripherals installed.

Do you have another free MicroSD card to test? Put this one on it: http://www.r4wood.com/pages/tti-dstt-kernel.html
And trying to boot the card again.

Well, if you don't want to use it, just abandon it. Since I want to check which one is broken between the card or MicroSD.

I wanna try to have an other cheap micro sd for now what are broken to, the tt ds can't be read on ds if he don't have the micro sd right?

Yeah I think im just going to buy an new
Advise, DSTT was abandon by its company for the long time.
The products you would found are naked one without packaging, which we don't know if it's second hand or unpass QC product.

If you really want NDS flash card, why wouldn't add another $7 - $10 for Real Time Save (RTS)?

About Wood R4
Wood R4 is a modified version of the Acekard Kernel to run on R4, M3 Simply, and R4i Gold (r4ids.cn.) It's basically praised for introducing all of the Acekard features so it basically had almost all the same features as akAIO. The only feature it didn't have was individual loader updates. Otherwise it had basically everything else.
I always suggest it because it's extremely light on the battery, the ROM performance is perfect, the RTS is stable and simple, it's easy and highly customizable, homebrew soft-reset, and so many other features. I personally think it's the best kernel next to akAIO and it's also why I always suggest the R4i Gold over other carts.
