The sd card is formatted as fat32 and when I turn the 3ds on with the card inside all I get is a black screen, I am using luma3ds 6.5 not 6.6 with A9LH and sysNAND.

    Hey,

What did you use to format the card?

Have you tried the program from the plailect guide (can't remember it's name)

Things above 64 GB often have slowdown issues. It's just a thing that happens, as far as I'm aware.
