Hacking [Help] How to transfert DS card save to r4 ?

Hey guyz I have buy one r4 last time and I want to transfert my pokemon soulsilver save in the r4 (because I don't want to restart) How its possible ? I have test with jksm but its not working

If you have a recent version of FBI, you can install it straight from the built-in TitleDB.

Backup save file = make a copy of your current save file to your SD Card

Restore save file = import save file from SD Card into physical Game Card
