Homebrew Help! how to convert no$gba .sav to drastic .dsv

Hello,
I have a problem with the save game converting from .sav(10kb) to dsv (256/512kb). I tried it with some tools but then it doesn't read the save file and then drastic wants to create a blank new file.
I hope that there is someone who could help me with this because I don't want to playvthis ds game on my laptop but on my mobile phone.
