Homebrew HELP! How many tries I need to do untill I downgrade from 9.1 j to 9.2 j? Please help!

If you set it up, yes, you should. If not, then no. One question: are you sure you did not switch off the internet before doing the downgrade?

If that is the case, see if you're putting the url as you have to. You can also tell me what error message does it give to you.

What should I do if is the wifi problem? I mean, if wifi emunand option wasnt on?
I have a backup of everything. Can I do something?

If you haven't it turned on, you have a hardbrick. You can't restore it.
That said, it doesn't seem to be your problem. Try to configure again your internet. That's the issue here.

Now I enter the url and when try to launch the OTPhelper thing it just flash out a bit and nothing happens.

Mira: ya tengo habilitada la opción Wi fi en el 3ds, la cosa es que cuando abro el navegador y pongo la dirección para cargar el OTPHelper con el arm11 sale un pequeño flash en la pantalla y sigue quedando estática ahí, y se congela. Es decir, como que no le hace nada. Para llegar a eso hago esto: prendo el 3ds sin la micro SD, luego entro al navegador e introduzco la dirección y, antes de confirmar meto la micro SD para que carge el OTPHelper pero no pasa nada. Qué puede ser?

Es posible que no tengas metido el archivo correcto en la raiz de la SD. Sigue hablando en inglés, que puede haber más gente con tus dudas a las que se lo podamos resolver.
