Homebrew HELP! How many tries I need to do untill I downgrade from 9.1 j to 9.2 j? Please help!

And I need to know if its normal to takes so many tries downgrade my japanese N3ds from 9.1 to 9.2?

It says PlaiSysUpdater is compatible with >9.2.0 systems. I think that's not an issue here, but you might wanna try something else.
Besides, I think 9.1 can also do CFW and EmuNAND stuff normally, so why are you trying to get it up one version?

The "downgrade" bit on the guide is made for higher system versions. Yours is already CFW-ready, so just skip to the next step (having a look at it, skip to step 20).

Do you have your hs.app in the input folder? The file you're searching will be created once you start the go.bat.

I know. Yes, I dump the hs.app file then extract my SD card and inserted to my computer. I copy both FBI cia and hs.app in Input folder then I double clic on go.bat and appears that everything is alright (it seemds like its done), but the Fbi_injec_with banner thing doesn´t appear.

I´m trying to getting the OTP file after a successful One Click Setup process (yes, I´m on 2.1 j on my n3ds) and the thing is when I try to launch OTPhelper on browser it doesn´t load I don´t know why. Do I need to go to System Settings and set up my internet connection? Because I don´t know and my console is in japanese.
