Hacking HELP! how do i Downgrade with 9.9.0-26u! on 2/3/2016

I am on a n3ds. So i have been on the forums and such to figure this out for a good hour. I haven't touched my 3ds since tubehax first came out. I'm now on 9.9 and i tried the browserhax but i get an error saying "The internet browser cannot be used at this time. please check your network environment or try again later".

Do i have to go grab Zelda OOT? because people are saying you have to use this hack to get this hack to work. blah blah blah.

Just want to downgrade my n3ds so i can get my gateway working on it. My o3ds can has a gateway and it runs great.

also is there a way i can just use my o3ds with the gateway to substitute the powersave

Tubehax is blocking your browser. Disable tubehax, quickly set up menuhax before your browser realizes that 10.5 exists, turn on tubehax again (or don't), then downgrade.

If you can get in the browser to do that, you won't need OoT at all. Otherwise, use an already-hacked 3DS to flash the payload save on your OoT cart using svdt.

You are gonna need to use a cfw on your old 3ds to get save data filer to work correctly. Use pasta or mini pasta. Its much easier with cubic ninja.
