Hacking Help getting ysmenu onto my R4 SDHC?

I have a r4 sdhc and its working and all but I wanna play games like kingdom hearts and wario ware d.i.y but I need ysmenu and I could never get it to work I see tutorials saying you need firmware 1.21 or lower is that right? If so I have no idea where to download those firmwares :/ Help?

Idk if this helps but on the box of my r4 it says r4ultra.com and that's where I would download the latest firmware

i think you have to find it as a .nds and run it like a game, im not sure where to download it but thats how i did mine, sorry if this didn't help much
