Captain Toad and Sushi Striker, being released, some time ago, still hasn't appeared in freeShop, even though in the past =, it said a few times "downloading latest cache"

Are you sure you aren't using an old cache or old version of FreeShop? Rescan that QR code from that side for the titlekey.db and make sure you are on the latest version of FreeShop (if you are using an old version, most of the time, newer games won't show up).

just scan it but what version of freeshop do you have because theres a very old version by a different dev just want to make sure you're not using it

then you are on the latest just try to rescan the QR on that title key site if that doesnt work then you can just go to that title key site search for the game you want then click teh QR code button to the right of the title key then scan that with fbi by going into fbi selecting remote install and scan QR

What, how can freeShop have chance to get me banned, I have turned off spotpass in system settings and every game I play, and even selected the option to not show friends what you are playing

That means nothing if the newest implements ninty put in place are true

That advice would have been true up until earlier yesterday. Newly released firmware version 11.8.0-41 update changed all of that.

Looks like 11.8.0 backports the Switch's aauth ideas to 3ds -- network comms now send an encrypted(?) copy of app ticket to the server.

They may not act on it immediately, but like on Switch this lets N perfectly detect pirate accesses vs normal ones, and ban however they like.
