ROM Hack [HELP] Extracting contents of Ultra Moon

Hello guys! I wish to randomize my Ultra Moon game. Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to do so? I know how to dump and decrypt the game via GM9, but want help extracting the games content and putting it back together.

Look up how to use ctrtool. Asia81's PackHack can extract CIAs but can't rebuild them.

OK I looked up "How to use CTRTool" on Google but nothing came up that was relevant, only threads with people who had problems. :/

EDIT: I'm using a tutorial by Mizumi. No more help needed. Its gonna be a drag n drop luma game patch.
