I have a New3DS(J), I region change it to (U). Lots of Apps require to Agree EULA (User End License Agreement) to get to play online. I need info on how can I enable it or if its even possible.

Install Config Developer cia, and in it agree the EULA at the maxium of ff.ff, that will let you play online outside region games.

go to your system settings then go to profile and change region. since you region changed, the region there should still be japan. all you have to do is change it to usa. Then go to internet settings and find License agreement and open that and click agree
