Hacking Help! Crash when booting emunand with rxtools 3.0

Well I gave my sister an fw 4.4 o3ds, repeatedly told her not to mess up with the settings then she changed the username in Profile when I was not there
Now whenever I try to get into emunand through ds profile, i would get "An error has occured, forcing the software to close."
How can I fix this please? I have a r4 card to do exploits.
Edit: Changing username back won't work

Put in R4, run desired mset exploit (gateway, rx), profit.
You need the .NDS of your exploit to install it.
