Homebrew Help converting save to GCI

My save for my backup copy of Action Replay keeps corrupting. So I downloaded a save file and have been trying to convert it using MaxDrive Save Converter. Unfortunately I get an error saying Could not open input file. Can anyone help?

You've already made thread about this same exact issue. Be patient and someone will answer eventually (in the mean time keep searching around)
