I think (Not sure tho) the banner is located in <game_partition_on_disk>/system/banner0.bin
You can extract the iso from your disk using cleanrip, then extract it using Wit. The game partition will be extracted. Then just copy the .bin file to your desktop.
This is for Wii games tho. It could be a bit different for GameCube games.
