Gaming Help, can't run any legit game in airplane mode

I don't know what happened but I can't play any game in airplane mode.

All games are legit and downloaded from eshop
If I try to launch any game, it says: Please turn flight mode off

And if I do so, it is "checking" the game before launching and it says "Could not connect to the internet"
But I don't have internet here for now

What can I do?

Even with legit physicals games, it says: unplayable downloadable content was found
I can "check" or "start software" but if I start software, I don't have my DLC...

First time i'm seeing this

It sounds like that system is the primary for that account as such it requires Internet at all times to make sure the primary system is not playing the games.

Ok this is because my Switch is the second one.

But I can’t revoke the first one as it has been banned

So I’m screwed right?

Dude, if the game is even running on the primary account and he is in airplane mode how would the game even know that the primary account is running the game???

I forget exactly where but you can find it in the settings on the primary console. Then just open the eShop on the other one and it'll be made primary.

If you don't have access to the primary console it can be done remotely from a Nintendo website but is limited to once per year

I think I've heard that the once per year website instructions work even with a banned system.

1. Go to https://accounts.nintendo.com
2. Sign in to the Nintendo Account you wish to deactivate.
3. Click Shop Menu.
4. Click Deregister Primary Console.
5. Enter your Nintendo Account password.
6. Click Deregister twice to confirm.
7. After that is done, on your new Switch open the eShop which will set it as the new primary.

Note instructions are copy pasted from the Internet, I have not personally tested.

Hey any resolution to this problem? I started getting this as well for some games. Two of which now i cant boot since it doesnt let me get past the 'Please turn off flight mode'

my games are not legit though.

I’m having this issue as well and I do have two Switch’s. I’m going to try the resolution provided in this thread.
