Homebrew Help? Cant generate mp4 - soundhax website - EUR - NEW3DS - 5.x to 11.2

Can someone please advise, I have tried google but I am late to the scene and I can't seem to find the answers I need.

I have started to follow the guide on https://3ds.hacks.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)
I havnt got far and am stuck.

I can't generate the mp4 on the soundhax website http://soundhax.com/
selecting my region as = EUR
my system as = NEW3DS
since my firmware is 11.0, I am selecting = 5.x to 11.2

this opens a new page but nothing loads. I have tried mozilla, chrome and edge. Mozilla and edge say audio format not recognised and chrome loads a player but then nothing happens.
Can I please have some help?

right click on the newly open page and save your file you should get a file name soundhax-eur-n3ds.m4a
