Help Building Pokemon Balanced Team

Can suggest Pokemon from all Gen's I want the team to be almost unstoppable very well balanced I have bad team making skills most of my teams almost always gets own by a certain type or two . Google results have some horrible poke team making forums that I cant use be sure to add MOVE'S EV'S ITEAMS etc . . . . . thx also replie quick lol

both pokemon mention can be KO by flamethrower (Hint all Pokemon will be at Lv 100so be creative)
