I been away from my 3ds i havent done any a9lh mod update since April 10 in on 11.3 question what are some reason I might get ban for should I just stay offline

So a few things, you should update your setup. A9LH is no longer supported and everything has moved to B9S. You should also really update to 11.5, since it really didn't cause any issues and you really aren't going loose anything by doing so.
As for the banwave, if you weren't banned during the week, then you should be fine. The banwave really seemed to be isolated to just that week alone.
We do have a thread regarding the information we do know and how possibly how to prevent future bans.
