Help :( "Access Denied"

Yeah it's me getting errors again

Anyways, for some reason all my folders on the drive E are "Access Denied", if I make new folders they work just fine. Only thing I did was installing FileZilla FTP server and share the E drive. When I shut down all the FileZilla processes it still gives me access denied so I have no idea what's wrong with it. I tried Unlocker but it says there's no lock on the folder.

Any help?

Right I forgot to mention, if I share the E drive again I CAN access the files through an FTP client

sounds to me like your ftp server now owns the folders and files
